Just let us know the dates that you are interested in.......the number of people travelling.......and which Airport in the UK suits you best.
We'll then look at availability and get back to you to confirm that availability.

Once you decide you want to travel with us then all we need is a non-refundable deposit of £250 (May be more on certain dates), and the names of each person travelling, as displayed on their passports.
We'll also require details regarding your height & weight, rider experience and any specific dietary requirements.
We have a weight limit of 15 stone, and riders should be comfortable hacking out at Walk, Trot & Canter.
FROM 2022 - We now have breaks available where the rides are at Walking Pace Only on Specific Dates.
This is aimed at clients who can ride, but Just want a completely relaxed experience.
We then ask for the balance to be paid 10 weeks before you travel. Once the final balance is paid then this is also non-refundable.
Payment can be made either by Bank Transfer or PayPal - which ever option is best for you.

HORSE RIDING BREAKS (Packages include Accommodation and Riding)
Accommodation: Unless you have opted for a Tailor Made Package then all our Packages are based on 2 guests sharing a Twin Room on Bed and Breakfast Basis
Check in Times: The accommodation is normally available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and you are asked to vacate by12.00pm on the day of departure.
Deposits and Payments:- If the date of your arrival is less than 10 weeks away we will requirement full payment. If not, we require a non-refundable deposit per person with the balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
The deposit is dependent on the dates of travel, and UK airport flying from.
We accept payment by Bank Transfer.
Payments by PayPal attract a handling fee of 3%.
Cancellation:
Once the deposit has been paid, this is non refundable.
Once the final payment has been made at 10 weeks before Travel - All payments are non-refundable.
Flights: Flight times are always subject to change, and on the rare occasions when this does change then no refunds will be given, and if you decide to change to alternative flights then whilst we are happy to facilitate this, then a cost will be incurred for this change.
Transfers: Whilst we always aim to keep your waiting times at the airport to a minimum, we are guided by the logistics of our transfers and so whilst it will be on rare occasions, you may have a significant waiting time at the airport of up to 3 hours. However, if flights are delayed, then this could increase. Please be assured that as a standard rule, we don't anticipate you waiting any longer than 1 hr at the arrival airport.
Local Conditions: Our rides may change as to those described in your itinerary, subject to local conditions. Any changes will be made at the discretion of our lead guide. Should we need to change /or cancel any rides due to adverse weather conditions, or safety reasons then no refunds will be offered.
Riding Ability & Experience: It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you have provided full and accurate information as to your riding ability and experience of ALL of your party. You must do so at the time of booking and at appropriate times before and during your Holiday with us. It is EACH Riders responsibility to ensure that the person who allocates your horse to you, is aware of your particular abilities and experience, particularly if this is limited.
You MUST comply with the instructions of our guides whilst riding or in the vicinity of horses.
Our guides are entitled to ask you to dismount or refuse to allow you to ride if for any reason, such as ability, behaviour or health, they consider that you may endanger the safety or welfare of the horses, yourself or any other person.
Liability for Horses / Horse related Incidents : It is important to remember that horse riding and all other forms of contacts with horses involve the inherent risk of injury (which by its nature can be life changing), damage to property and even death. Even the best behaved horses can be unpredictable at times and all manner of situations can frighten them.
Accidents can happen at any time including within the riding centre or stables, and YOU are responsible for your own safety at ALL times.
You must follow ALL of the instructions given by our guides and we strongly advise that you wear a riding helmet which complies with all standard industry safety regulations.
We MAY ask you to sign a waiver acknowledging that we are not responsible in the event of you suffering personal injury, death or damage to property. Whether or not you are asked to a sign a disclaimer / waiver We are not liable in the event you suffer personal injury, death or damage to property as a result of or in connection with any horse related activity.
Travel Insurance and Acceptance of Risk: You are required by Us to take out travel insurance which provides cover for medical expenses and emergency repatriation in the event of an accident or illness during your holiday with us. We may request proof of such insurance, and along with cover for Horse riding, we strongly recommend that your Insurance policy covers you requiring to cancel your holiday, along with COVID protection. We do NOT however recommend any particular Insurance Company or Policy.
Policies should cover the type of riding you will be doing and based on your individual requirements. Our Rides include 'All' Paces, but IMPORTANTLY DO NOT include Jumping.
Anti-Social Behaviour : Whilst with us, we accept no unacceptable behaviour, nor are we responsible where accommodation, riding etc., are forfeited due to unacceptable behaviour.
Golf Play and Stay : Supply to you as an agent for the various suppliers.
COVID: If WE are unable to travel and provide your Holiday due to COVID restrictions changing from the time of your booking, then we will will offer a free change of dates, or a full refund.
If YOU are unable to travel as the change relates to entry requirements regarding testing then a refund will not be offered.
If YOU are unable to travel as the change relates to Vaccination status, then you will need to show proof of your vaccination status to us and then consideration will be given to a full refund.
All prices are based on local VAT (IVA) and will be subject to changes should the Local Rate Change
